OUR PEOPLE

Tomika Johnson

Waddi was Founded by Tomika
Johnson
, a proud Gooreng Gooreng woman and experienced entrepreneur,
alongside Cory Reeve, a strategic business leader with a background in
logistics and operations. Together, they built Waddi with a shared vision: to
create a purpose-led brand that honours the richness of Australia’s land,
culture, and community through exceptional water and coffee.

Tomika, brings her deep cultural heritage and connection to country into every facet of Waddi. Her Gooreng Gooreng roots inspire the brand’s respect for nature, commitment to ethical sourcing, and belief in using business as a platform for cultural storytelling and community empowerment. With years of experience in the food and beverage industry, she leads Waddi’s mission with authenticity, integrity, and an unwavering respect for the land.

Tomika’s mission as an Indigenous woman caring for country lead to the development of environmentally friendly products that are made with renewable resources, fully recyclable, degradable, and non-extractive, therefore delivering a much lower carbon footprint nationally. With an inherent ‘anything is achievable’ professional and personal drive Tomika is forging the way for future generations as one of Australia’s leading Indigenous women in business supporting many non-for-profit charities and community development organisations throughout Australia.

Built on Purpose, Guided by Values

Together, Tomika and Cory have built Waddi as more than a business—it’s a living reflection of their shared values: authenticity, respect, and impact.

Born from deep roots in culture and community, Waddi was founded with a clear vision: to create a platform where quality products and purpose-driven outcomes walk hand-in-hand.

Every offering—whether it’s the clean, mineral-rich waters of Waddi Springs, the carefully curated blends of Waddi Specialty Coffee, or the wide range of workplace essentials—is anchored in a commitment to Country, culture, and connection.

From spring to sip, from brew to brand, Waddi represents more than what’s bottled or brewed. It’s a commitment to:

Elevating Indigenous excellence through meaningful employment and enterprise

Respecting the land by sourcing sustainably and operating responsibly

Inspiring future generations to believe in business as a force for good

Waddi is Tomika and Cory’s collective promise—to customers, partners, and community—that every decision, every product, and every contract awarded will be rooted in truth, trust, and transformation.

This is more than business. This is legacy.
